New Delhi, 21 June, 2016: Umesh Sachdev, CEO and Co-founder of Chennai based Speech analytics company, Uniphore Technologies Inc has been recognised among the ‘Next Generation Leaders’ by the prestigious TIME Magazine. The annual list selects 10 individuals who are doing impactful things in their respective fields from various faculties across the globe, and are effectively changing the world.Umesh Sachdev, 30, was selected for his work towards “Building a Phone That Can Understand Almost Any Language”. Uniphore’s U-Self Serve, a virtual assistant allows consumers to ask questions in their language of choice, and get the desired answer. The responses are formulated basis a series of keywords to ensure seamless flow of accurate results to a query placed in multiple ways. U-Self Serve today has become the gold standard in superior customer experience management. It provides support for more than 25 global languages and over 150 dialects.Commenting on the recognition, Umesh Sachdev said, “This is a proud moment and I feel humbled to have made to this prestigious list. Earlier this year, Umesh Sachdev was selected as an ‘Innovator under 35’ by Emtech India, by Mint and MIT Technology Review.
