  • Uniphore developed VoiceNet, a Personalized Voice-based Information Retrieval and Transaction System (PVIT). The product combines four advanced features that facilitate smooth voice-based exchanges: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice Biometrics, and Text to Speech (TTS).
  • VoiceNet empowers business employees to perform complex reporting, survey administration and data collection. Business customers can exchange information with companies and complete financial transactions. With voice, companies engage their clients quickly, securely, and remotely – interacting with them in their local languages and from their homes.
  • Uniphore created the Mobile Interface to Enterprise Database (MINED), which provides the opportunity for businesses to collect and aggregate multimedia information using GPRS applications. Data can be collected through text, picture and voice, and information can be entered both online and offline. Companies can create forms with drop-down menus, text inputs, and voice memos to gather comprehensive reports.
  • With multimodal products, enterprises collect real-time information from their employees and clients. They can deliver important, timely messages straight to mobile phones in whichever style is appropriate for each exchange.
