Stephen Drew is Vice President of Professional Services at Uniphore. He brings over 20 years of professional experience designing, deploying, and supporting contact center and customer service technologies, most recently as Vice President of Contact Center Solutions for Carousel.
Prior to Carousel, Stephen was the Senior Director of Global Contact Center Technologies for Cigna Healthcare and was a Vice President at eLoyalty leading strategic engagements. Stephen is also an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University where he teaches Innovation & Technology and is a member of George Washington University’s Customer Experience Advisory Board.
Stephen holds an MS in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration at DePaul University.
