Chennai, India, 22 March, 2016: Umesh Sachdev, Co-Founder & CEO, Uniphore Technologies Inc, Chennai based speech recognition company has been recognised with India Edition of MIT Technology Review’s ‘Innovators Under 35’. With this recognition, Umesh has automatically qualified as a finalist for the MIT Technology Review Global Innovators under 35 list.The award honours exceptionally talented technologists and innovators whose work has the potential to transform the world. The broad themes of EmTech India 2016 include digital life, cutting edge technology, smart cities, connected health and artificial intelligence.Umesh was chosen for his exceptional work in the field of speech recognition. Uniphore, a young company with average age of employees under 35 years, has developed speech analytics software U-Analyze, virtual assistant U-Self Serve and voice biometrics software, U-Trust. Uniphore’s products support more than 25 Indian and global languages and more than 150 dialects.
