I used to be a dashing opening bat in local leagues, a leggie and enjoy playing Table Tennis during my debugging breaks. One of my favorite pass times is working on Arduino projects with my son and thinking loud on new ideas.

What do you think about the future of Speech Recognition technology? How do you see your function helping Uniphore scale up?
Speech Recognition as a core technology today is much matured when compared to its early days couple of decades ago. But what we do with it, makes a lot more sense. The intelligence layer that we had wrapped around the core engines makes all the difference. With such intelligence augmented now with Machine Learning and AI, is going to sharpen & sustain the intelligence to do much more in the coming days. The voice piece plugging into the larger puzzle of big data ecosystem will further explode into more interesting areas of play for us soon.
In summary, post the Mobility wave, Voice is the key driver, as part of the more immersive, everyday customer experience that will make it more seamless, the way we would work, live and play tomorrow.
Product Management function is being cognizant of all these development around the global markets, the competition, challenges and as well the opportunities it brings. Our function will be strategizing and driving the Uniphore product strategies and roadmaps in sync with this and ensure the leadership for Uniphore in the market with a large chunk of the potential is fully tapped.
