Uniphore brings executive leadership focus to APAC market

Chennai, 29th December 2016: Uniphore Technologies Inc, Chennai-based speech recognition solutions company, after establishing a leadership position in the Indian market is now targeting Asia Pacific to further expand its footprint. In order to focus on the expansion, Ravi Saraogi, Co-founder of Uniphore, has been elevated as the President, APAC region and will now be based in Singapore. Sanjeev Gadre, currently the CMO, will take over from Ravi as the new COO.

Ravi Saraogi, in his new role, will be responsible for the overall expansion and growth of Uniphore in the APAC region. Ravi will focus on increasing Uniphore’s customer footprint as well as hire and nurture local talent to support Uniphore’s business growth.

Speaking on the appointment Ravi Saraogi, Co-founder and President, APAC at Uniphore Technologies Inc said, “This is a strategic move to further expand our outreach outside India. I am very excited to grow the APAC market for Uniphore. The region offers immense potential that we are looking to serve with our multiple product offerings.”

Speaking on the appointment Sanjeev Gadre, COO at Uniphore Technologies Inc said “It has been a great journey so far, and I would like to thank Umesh and Ravi for their belief in me. In my capacity as the new chief of operations, I see it as my priority to continue to build on and consolidate Uniphore’s growth as a key solutions provider in the wider Speech Recognition space.”
