Today, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Uniphore as their chief marketing officer and head of people. Thinking about what to do next, I was sure of two things: first, I wanted to be a part of an AI company and second, I wanted a leadership role in a growth company focused on BUILDING – a great company, culture and team. Uniphore is the opportunity to do this and more.

I’m joining co-founders Umesh and Ravi, and the rest of the talented team, to help scale the company and expand the business in the U.S. market. I feel fortunate to have experience in established global companies, like Cisco and hyper-growth startup companies, like NIO. Uniphore is approaching the industry in a new way, leading with voice, and re-imagining its future through Conversational Service Automation.
