We are delighted to announce that Uniphore’s Founder and CEO, Umesh Sachdev, received the “Exemplary Application of IT Award for 2014” at the CII CONNECT 2014 Awards, held on December 15-16th 2014 at the Hotel ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, India.
Organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), this was the 13th edition of CONNECT — the premier Information and Communication Technology conference and exposition. The theme for this year’s CONNECT 2014 was “Digital Infrastructure – Enabling the world of tomorrow”. The CII CONNECT Awards are given to individuals who have played a significant role in the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) sector.
Umesh says, “Right from our early days, we realized that voice and speech based solutions are a game changer for consumer businesses. I am honored to be recognized for our work and growth”. He adds, “At Uniphore, we pride ourselves on our commitment to help enterprises improve customer experience, identify revenue generation opportunities and manage risks and compliance by leveraging innovative voice and speech technologies.”
This award is as much a testimony to Umesh’s vision for Uniphore as it is to our customer’s belief in us. I would like to thank each of you for your support and look forward to mutually beneficial collaboration and growth.
