May is #MentalHealthMonth with nearly 1 in 5 American adults will have a diagnosable mental health condition in any given year.

We wanted to do our small part by sharing with the global community a short yet fun resource for children and adults of all ages – the Uniphore coloring book.

The actual health benefits of coloring have been debated (and this blog is not for that) but according to a CNN.com article, Marygrace Berberian, a certified art therapist and the Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator for the Graduate Art Therapy Program at NYU says “Coloring definitely has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus or bring [about] more mindfulness”.
