Uniphore is looking for an extraordinary Senior Communications Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Palo Alto, CA and be responsible for telling the Uniphore story outside India. We’re looking for a highly motivated person who has experience in developing communications strategy together with creative campaigns and initiatives which engage and drive tangible results and growth through the use of traditional media, social, influencers, events and content. Ideally this person will have experience working within in B2B tech and have had startup experience. You will work closely with marketing, sales, other global company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead communication strategy that will drive business impact
  • Lead on the creation and execution of creative, impactful campaigns that scale across the US
  • Partner closely with product, marketing and communications teams locally and internationally on integrated campaign development and execution
  • Agree consistent business impact measurement metrics across region and track and report
  • Support senior leadership team where appropriate, with communications and business counsel
  • Act as a spokesperson with media and train business leaders in message delivery
  • Writing blog posts, messaging documents, social media copy and other content
  • Participate in international PR network and meetings, including global and regional coordination on campaigns and best-practice sharing
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners as needed
  • Manage internal communications for US
  • Manage analyst relations for US
  • Manage brand communications for US
  • Manage communications budget for US

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to balance strategic and executional priorities
  • Experience of developing communications / campaigns which work across multiple markets
  • Keen sense of news and understanding of business and media environment
  • Experience working on social media campaigns
  • Research and analytical skills; ability to monitor and analyze industry trends
  • Experience working on integrated teams, together with marketing
  • Willingness to travel domestically and international travel to India as needed (but not more than 2-3 times per year)
  • High on personal and professional integrity
