As a result, Uniphore now supports over 175,000 customer service agents who can handle more than 120 million engagements every month.

These important technical innovations, combined with an easy-to-use interface and an incredible team at Uniphore dedicated to our mission of making sure every conversation is understood and actioned have put Uniphore at the forefront of a new era of customer experience with tremendous growth,” said Umesh Sachdev, CEO and Co-founder at Uniphore. “We are excited to be recognized in the Deloitte Fast 500 and look forward to continued momentum in the next year and beyond.”
