Travis Batiza

Travis Batiza fell in love with entrepreneurship and sales at a young age, founding his first company at 13, Revolution Apparel. Travis was co-founder/CFO of SLAP (Sounds Like A Plan), a mobile app and B2B2C promotion platform. After graduating from UW- Madison, Travis helped build a rapidly growing insurance company, QuickInsured (acquired by Acrisure), which helped revolutionize insurance buying with a digital approach. While at QI, selling 3x the monthly industry production average, he became enamored with GTM strategies and bringing innovative ideas to market.

Seeing a significant gap in the insurance industry while at QI, and later at Nationwide Insurance, Travis co-founded and built AssuredLeads. AL was a SaaS and lead gen platform that increased sales for commercial insurance companies while building better reps through training and analytics. Travis is published in 20+ insurance, startup, and sales publications but is more proud that his team was nominated and selected as a 2019 Madison Best Place to Work, for AssuredLeads.

Travis has 6+ years in SaaS sales, having been an Enterprise AE at Humanity (acquired by TCP), Director of Sales at BreatheLife (acquired by SE2), and then Director of Sales at Semy, before moving into the COO role and sitting on their Board. Travis has sold SaaS across all segments, including Fortune 100, and is currently the Inside Sales Leader for Uniphore’s Q for Sales video AI platform.

Travis is an advisor to several startups and strongly believes in helping and giving back, sharing failures and learnings. He is eager to "pay it forward" in return for the support he has and continues to receive in his career while pursuing the philosophy of life learning.
