Uniphore sees significant customer momentum and is rapidly expanding to meet the demand
PALO ALTO, Calif., December 6, 2019 – Uniphore, an early Conversational Service Automation category leader, continues to execute its global strategy and has opened a new headquarters in Palo Alto CA. which will help further its expansion into new markets and serve its growing customer base.
To mark the occasion, the company hosted an exclusive on-site event to officially open the facility and invited special guests including customers, partners, investors, media, analysts, local officials and employees.
In addition to touring the facility, Uniphore hosted an executive exchange between Umesh Sachev, Uniphore’s CEO and co-founder and John Chambers, an early investor and officially titled “Chief Guru” for the company.
Following the executive discussion, there was a panel discussion moderated by Scott Budman, NBC’s Business and Tech reporter. Panelists included Cosimo Spera, Uniphore’s lead Data Scientist and AI expert, Hemant Bhargava a thought leader in disruptive technology platforms from UC Davis’ Graduate School of Management and Daniel Hong, vice president and research director for digital transformation in customer engagement and collaboration at Forrester Research.

The modern designed and well appointed office is nearly 10,000 sq feet and can host up to 90 employees, who will be part of a larger global team that is driving the transformation of the $350 billion global customer service market.
Since closing its Round C funding of $51 million, the company is on track to grow over 300% year over year and is rapidly expanding in North America and Southeast Asia. In addition to their existing customer base, Uniphore is actively engaged in both trials and early deployments with leading brands in the areas of banking, financial services, insurance, consumer goods, e-commerce, telecommunication markets.
