Computer Vision & Deep Learning

Q for Sales uses computer vision and deep learning to understand complex emotions states by analyzing facial movements. After the faces in the video are detected, we establish landmark points on the face and measure facial expressions.

About Audio-based Tonal & Sentiment Analysis

Our Tonal AI technology analyzes the tone in which something is said, it listens to every member of the conversation in order to sense changes in tone as well as measure characteristics such as politeness, and empathy. Our tonal analysis senses customer’s reactions, and identifies overall speaking style like slow, fast, polite or not in order to evaluate sentiment across all parties.

About Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) + Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Our complete voice intelligence solution uses advanced speech recognition (ASR), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning to understand, analyze, and effectively decode the conversational content. It provides actionable business intelligence to sellers by identifying key moments that influence sales meetings and supports decision making on relevant topics to address.

We regularly train and evaluate our EQ metrics to deliver the most dependable and precise classifiers. We continuously evaluate and test new AI technologies to ensure that we are using the most effective approaches.

Our emotion Fusion Metrics are trained and proven on real-world data sets. These data sets consist of sales meetings that include a variety of facial characteristics based on ethnicity, age, gender, beards and glasses, changing lighting, and different head movements.

Our data sets are also trained across different speaking styles, including fluctuations in spoken words, tone and rate of speech, and delivery. Data sets include scenarios from all lead-to-revenue stages to contextualize communication signals within the sales environment.

Our research is backed by the observations of actual people who view the films. The validity of our algorithms is validated by comparing AI findings to human judgments.

All customer data (including video and audio recordings and transcripts) are encrypted at rest and in transit. 100% of your data belongs to you, the customer. Q for Sales Customers may configure a data retention duration, and Customer data is purged from Uniphore systems after contract termination in accordance with the terms and conditions between the parties. Q for Sales retains ownership of the configuration data (system, application, network configurations) and certain data not otherwise owned by the Customer.

All connections to Q for Sales are encrypted using SSL, and any attempt to connect over HTTP is redirected to HTTPS.

Access control is based on the principle of least privilege, and data access and authorizations are granted on a need-to-know basis. To access the AWS production system, users must have access to a VPN with Active Directory authentication and are permitted only by authorized personnel.

Q for Sales runs on AWS under the strictest security configurations with SecureHub certifications. In general, Q for Sales complies with PCI-DSS v3.2.1 standards on infrastructure within AWS.

  • VPC with no public subnets
  • All internet facing access is fronted with IDS, and LoadBalancers
  • Obfuscated and controlled INEG, SG and very restrictive port access
  • All applications and storage are controlled through IAM for access only within the tenant
