As we begin to close out another year filled with massive, seize-the-day opportunities, I like to look at what our team achieved, even amidst significant challenges, and what’s to come. 2021 has been a year for record Uniphore growth in revenue, customers, and size of our organization. Today we are more robust than ever before. The momentum we’ve gained over the past several months (and years) has positioned us as the foremost leader and innovator in our industry.
During the past year, we accomplished some amazing things. We reached new milestones, earned top-tier recognition, impressed our stakeholders – from customers to analysts and investors to employees – and unveiled some truly game-changing developments.
I’m beyond proud to share our most recent achievements!
in 2021, we:
- Acquired Emotion Research Labs, which opened the door for us to expand the definition of conversational AI to not only include speech and words but facial emotions and gestures using computer vision.
- We continued impeccable execution, and we’re on our way to registering over 150% year-over-year growth.
- Grew our customer base, which is now global and represents four of the top 10 global BPOs, four top 10 global telecoms, seven leading insurance providers, seven leading financial institutions and four U.S. healthcare payors.
- Acquired Jacada, a major strategic play that transforms our customers’ experience with advanced AI and low code/no code automation.
- Grew the team, and leadership is now complete for our next phase.
- Joined the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Innovators Community, where we hope to pioneer the next generation in advanced AI, machine learning and automation, and define the global agenda for technological development and governance.
- Received the 2021 Frost & Sullivan Global Technology Innovation Leadership Award in Conversational Automation.
- Launched our new Uniphore AI-Driven Capabilities, providing enhanced customer experiences.
- Conducted an international survey on the Opportunities for Video and Emotional AI Integration confirmed our business mission: more people are open to AI/Automation to improve engagements.
- Announced our “Uniphore Unite” global partner program to help our customers through accelerated AI and automation innovation.
- Continued meetings with the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum’s (USISPF) Startup Connect, including international dignitaries and chaired by myself to help cross-border startups drive economic value and increase job creation in the U.S. and India.
- Placed as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in North America on the 2021 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list – our 525% growth rate inspired the win!
And we’re only getting started! As we close out another year, now more than ever, we pledge to keep our foot on the gas and push onward to advance AI that helps humans talk to each other.
